A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved On the scheduled pickup date. Customer did not give me correct information for pickup. After waiting 4 hours the customer finally called back and I told him I could pick it up on next trip down. Unfortunately we got caught in hurricane and cannot meet his deadline

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I don’t know about the reason, but I was scheduled to pick this bike up tomorrow. I talked to the pickup contact today and everything seemed fine. We scheduled the pick up. I think I at least deserve a late cancellation fee.
