There are two common forms of communication, written and oral. Myself and the shipper tried both. The end result was my bike was shipped on the back of a pickup truck, in the rain, from Long Island NY to North Carolina. I paid for a covered carrier and it is on my CONTRACT. At the pick-up site, when asked about open shipping, the shipper stated, "That's what he paid for." I do have my contract and so does u-ship as well as the shipper. Case closed! Unhappy member, with less than satisfactory

OMG, This is the maximum as far as personalized shipping. Ted does the driving and his partner Judy does the coordinating. They are an awesome team. They went out of their way to accommodate to my schedule. They took extreme care to not damage the package and were super nice and polite. I would not ship with anyone else now that I've had best. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Arrived at destination,transport was booked for open transport, spoke with Paul ( person owning bike)several times explaining that this was going to be placed in dually pick up, bike had ape handle bars, which unfortunately was not there because of no picture of bid and was a beautiful bike. Father really could not help and we choose not to do this pick up at that time. I scheduled the pick up on a day that the dealer was closed - which I did not realize at the time. Service Provider was very responsive in our initial contacts, and I was very much looking forward to having them make the delivery. I am sorry for the inconvenience I have caused them.
