A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The scheduling conflict was my error. I scheduled the pick up on a day that the dealer was closed - which I did not realize at the time. Service Provider was very responsive in our initial contacts, and I was very much looking forward to having them make the delivery. I am sorry for the inconvenience I have caused them.

Response from tedsvtfl: We are sorry this did not get completed. We where in the area twice and could not coordinate time lines with contact person in Boston. We offered a later pick up and delivery when in the area next time or a mutual cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you good luck.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped the items are no longer available for purchase. the seller wishes to keep items because of sentimental reasons. items belonging to parents for years and will possibly part at a later date, but not now. Response from tedsvtfl: Out of our hands.
