I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller of the motorcycle I am attempting to purchase has been uncooperative in providing information to be able to make effective payment prior to the shipper collecting the vehicle. This has led to a lose of confidence in the seller and I do not feel comfortable parting with $5000 when his behaviour has frankly been odd.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I listed the shipment of a recently purchased motorcycle using the Uship Book it now, the bid clearly stated a pick up date. Shipper accepted the bid right away and then requested a later pick up date. Claiming that I had a very "loose delivery date" as I had allowed for plenty of shipping time(one month) for the bike to arrive at my location. When I explained that the party he was picking up the bike from had requested a certian date he demanded a phone number to call and "work it out" with him Response from Mjabbru: (WRONG)how it really was buyer verbally agreed to flexible pickup dates immeadately after bid acceptance. THEN changes tone with the threat of seller going out of town. I WORK THIS OUT ALL THE TIME IN MY BUSINESS. You played Panic mode! Learn to have reasonable flexibility in business, You will not go far if you dont but good luck to you!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Timeframe:
Service Provider will pick up shipment between 1/11/2013 and 1/15/2013.
Service Provider will deliver shipment between 1/11/2013 and 1/20/2013.
Talked to shipper on the phone I was under the impression he would have it delivered by the end of January! He called me on the phone asking if he could use an enclosed trailer and instead of delivering the 20th he would have it here at te end of January. Now he is saying e won't have it delivered until around Febuary 7-11th. I never heard Response from Mjabbru: You verbally agreed to later dates if feb FOR ENCLOSED TRANSPORT (CAUSE YOU ADDED EXTRA ITEMS) which I did NOT have room for..Then flipflop your decision 2 days after I pass the bike up?? OMG

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I work in logistics and all routes to and from NY are clear, cancelling due to weather is not excusable- a delay possibly is understandable. With over three weeks of our agreed upon time elapsed and no arrangements for pick up having been made is unacceptable.
Further more, I have no need for a credit in lieu of a full refund if services aren't provided. A credit with UShip will be cash lost for me. I assumed I'd get a refund if services were cancelled. I should have paid closer attention Response from Mjabbru: I assure you do not know the logistics of this period. Nor could you comprehend it

After 1 month of me waiting for him to pick up my bike, now he cancels on me.. Thank you for wasting 1 month of my time! Not a happy customer here!! Response from Mjabbru: Sorry for my first Neg response, YOU are an ***hole demanding and cheap threatning and blowing up emailbox.
