shipper took $549 of my money to pick up truck and never picked it up promissed a refund and never sent the refund. (DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER HE IS A SCAM ARTEST!)

Shipper was easy to work with kept in contact. Was flexible with delivery when we ran into a major winter storm after the pick up of the dozer. Paid as sgreed and in full. Would be happy to work with them again. Thanks for the work. Chris @ Trans System

We had two trucks scheduled to pick this up, but both had issues. We were unable to get another truck to pick this up for him. This was not for a month, but for three weeks that we had this. Sorry that we could not accomodate this after all, but we tried. Good luck and thanks for giving us the opportunity to keep trying. Christine

Bill, the customer, tried to avoid paying for the delivery, due to a dent on driver's door. The truck was delivered in the same condition as it was picked up. It had lots of dents, scratches, rust, etc, b/c it is an 18 year old retired utility truck. Driver was running one hour late b/c vehicle was advertised as operable, and it wasn't. Bill was very unprofessional, used lots of profanities and made the experience very unpleasant for all parties. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!

I have pictures showing the condition of the truck before you picked it up and when you delivered it. You damaged my truck and would not even give your insurance information to me. I told them I had the money in full to pay for it when they got here. You are just not a responsable shipper (STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHIPPER HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT HE DOES TO YOUR ITEMS!)

Rus requested additional money, Stopped in Tulsa 45 miles short of the delivery point acording to booking, but the worst part is he damaged the grill of my truck.I do NOT Reccomend DriveawaysRus and would not use him again - The only reason he didn't get a negative is he did get the truck to Oklahoma quicker than expected and communications were good but the $179.00 it cost me to repair his damages was unacceptable -

I got the truck 3qts low on trans fluid, 1qt low on oil and 1/2 gal of antifreeze. This is the shippers responsiblilty to pay me for because I am sure he didnt want to drive it low on fluids.I got the truck w a damaged grill so It the sellers fault for lying. The shipper made me wait 14hrs and cost me an xtra $100.00 because 8pm was too late and he wanted to wait till morning. He said it would be full w gas but was empty! He promised a tip too but didnt stand BY HIS WORD!BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPER!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After inital contact with the service provider he made no futher contact. I emailed him several times tried to call him several times with no luck. Then I had to make a trip to pick the tractor up myself as the seller wanted it moved quickly.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The service provider upon pickup of the unit noticed it was not as it should be and contacted me. After talking with the seller the sale was cancelled. This service provider saved me a lot of money and I am greatful to him. This should show up in his feedback as he is a great person and looking out for his clients interest.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The service provider has promissed pickup on three ocasions and not made them. Now he will not answer phone or email messages. He requested half of the money up front and got it. now he just doesn't do anything. I an VERY UNHAPPY with this shipper.
