I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid for this shipment at 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 18th.
I have tried to contact the agent for the shipping company without success. I have left him a voice mail and sent him an email....no response!!! I called the company and talked to a customer service person, she informed me that all USHIP shipments have to be done the the assigned agent for their company and then she hung up on me.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services THIS A JOKE LIES AND EXCUSES 3+ WEEKS FOR A SIMPLE ENGINE BLOCK PICK UP STRAPPED TO A PALLET AT A BUSINESS FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTION MY AUCTION WAS VERY CLEAR AS TO ITEM SIZE AND LOCATION I DONT GET IT ?????????? After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider charged to my credit card account without my authorization and my knowledge. While we're not completed the details for pickup and delivery day.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It was agreed that the item was to be picked up on Friday, March 29th between 1 P.M. and 4 P.M.
There was someone at the business from 9 A.M. until 6 P.M. and no truck came by. The item had to be unpackaged at the end of the day to go back into storage and the buyer had to be refunded.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper showed up to pick item up 2 hours late, then told me the way that it was packed that the item would most likely be damaged. Even tho the shipping co told me to put in on the pallet that way. Response from ShippingSimplified: Item was to be prepackaged - we went to pick it up and it was loose - we do not offer any packaging services - unfortunately we need to cancel
