Had some problems with final delivery from Omaha and had delivery rescheduled 3 times by the shipper. They did not have the item on the right truck for our situation, even though we paid for residential delivery. Not the best communication either Was not totally unhappy, just annoyed.

After all the confusion and little communication with the shipper my shipment was picked up a day and a half late (was supposed to be picked up thurs. Between 3-6 pm and was not picked up untill fri. At 11:00 pm) this was extremely inconveniant. Not to mention it was delivered a week later then the expected delivery. Also when it arrived was damaged

This item was over three times the weight - we couldnt load it without a liftgate (initially it should have been 80 pounds no biggie) so we had to come back with a truck with a liftgate - yes a few days later - customer now refuses to pay for the extra weight even though we have a certified scale weight statement - customers account is being sent to collections for failure to pay - oh and yes the item was delivered and signed for with no damages - i have the signature if anyone wants to see it.

- Payment was not made as agreed or in full(Item weighed 1,425 pounds inlieu of the 600 as we bid - customer refuses to pay additional $425 due to the extra weight - Customer failed to communicate in a timely manner - Customer refused to work out problems or changes - We will be taking this customer to collections for the balance due.

Service Provider was provided a detailed information on the shipment, including pictures. The listing was not on a pallet, the service provider required a pallet. I gave the Service provider an opportunity to not do the shipment, they decided to proceed. Any cost difference is on them, especially since they never contact me about the difference.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It was agreed that the item was to be picked up on Friday, March 29th between 1 P.M. and 4 P.M. There was someone at the business from 9 A.M. until 6 P.M. and no truck came by. The item had to be unpackaged at the end of the day to go back into storage and the buyer had to be refunded.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper showed up to pick item up 2 hours late, then told me the way that it was packed that the item would most likely be damaged. Even tho the shipping co told me to put in on the pallet that way.
