We like what we do and we are good at serving our customers. We are a small company dedicated to being professional, on-time, reliable in all that we do. 28' enclosed trailer for motorcycles and ATV's. We are insured for $100,000 cargo insurance and have clean driving records for all drivers. We are friendly and have repeat customers because they like our service. We are honest and go above and beyond the call of duty to complete the haul in a professional manner. Smaller company that takes great care of your shipment. However, we will not be responsible for damage to boat covers, shrink wrapping, or covertable tops due to normal travel. Trying to deal with Swift was a disaster, promised they would take care of us then would not return phone calls or emails and gave the driver(s) wrong contact information causing total confusion. Having had 3 weeks to deliver, our bikes arrived 4 days late, nearly ruining our trip. The ONLY thing this company did right was hire Dwayne as a driver. He was nice, polite,and kept us informed of his whereabouts the whole way across the country. So much un-needed stress and aggravation. Not worth it.

My driver Tommy showed up 2 weeks prior as scheduled. the 2nd bike was not at the same location and we could not wait to the next day. We did reschedule on our next trip through and kept in communication and answered emails and phone calls. we did deliver on the new date that they agreed upon at pickup. Dwayne did an excellent job and swift transport does not deserve this feedback because customer was not ready on the original date.

Swift Transport came in with a very good price and delivered my boat ahead of schedule. Everything arrived in good shape and Jeff was obviously very conscientious about protecting the boat during transport. He even secured some things on the boat that weren't originally secured to assure it arrived safely. He is professional and kept me up to date on his progress while shipping from Washington State to PA. I'd would use this service again.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time The golf cart was originally to be picked up on Tuesday the 24th. Tryed to reach the transporter and never received a call back until the following day. He said that he was waiting to get a new trailer and it would be Friday when he would be able to pick the cart up. Talked to him this morning and he still did not have a trailer and was hoping to pick it up on Saturday. I have been unable to get back in touch or have a phone call returned. No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipper told me that since he would be unable to fit a motorcycle inside he would have to charger 2000.00 over 500 more than originally quoted.

customer misrepresented his shipment. It was listed as en Enclosed" trailer when it was a "concession" trailer. A low bid was based on the ability to transport a motorcycle inside and customer failed to inform us that it was a concession trailer. The price was adjusted based on the item. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time After having a very hard time reaching the shipper, we finally scheduled a pickup and delivery date, the shipper then said "His new trailer wasn't delivered yet" and cancelled the original pickup date, rescheduling a pickup for today (12/13/11) at 8:26 am I got a text saying his driver was broke down in Houston, we have a party planned for 100 guests on sunday to introduce our catering business, now I'm screwed. Crap customer relations, evidently crap equipment, I want a full refund not a credit
