Delivered the motorcycle but kept extra part that was included slong for the ride. Kept on asking multiple times for the delivery address that made me feel not so comfortable. SHIPPER LACKS ATTENTION TO DETAILS. Stated he forgot to leave extra parts with the owner and will mail those . Package never received, shipper does not answer e-mails anymore. WOULD NOT USE THIS SHIPPER ANY MORE, SORRY!!!!

Had a bearing on the trailer go bad during a holiday weekend, kept customer informed and up to date at all times. Still delivered shipment within agreed upon delivery dates. Shipment was in excellent condition when customer took delivery.
