There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We are at the receiving end of the shipment, not the pick-up, so I have not seen the location of the pick-up. I was given incorrect information that substantially changed the scope of the job.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from btatera: Customer was suppose to have bike paid for on 04/07/2012 along with my deposit. On 04/09/2012 I postponed my trip until Tuesday because bike and deposit were still not paid. Customer assured that this would be taken care of by noon. It is now after 5pm Nothing paid yet and have left 2 voice mails since noon to the customer with no response. I have delayed 7 customers by 24 hrs waiting on this one customer.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Seller of Trike has come up with numerous reasons why he can't ship. We have had paid in full since November of last year, and have gotten jerked around since. Bruce has been a great transporter to work with and very understanding of what has been happening here. I wish everything could have worked as planned as I feel bad for not having the shipment for Bruce as we thought. .Jay Field

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment has a very tight schedule and I have not heard from my transporter. I would like to cancel this booking and do not wish to proceed with this service provider.
Response from btatera: CUSTOMER IS A COMPLETE IDIOT! ACCEPTED BID IN AM. CANCELLED BID IN AFTERNOON. CLAIMS HE DIDN'T ACCEPT BID. THAN USES THE EXCUSE THAT DATES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. DATES WERE AGREED UPON PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE! ACCUSED ME OF GETTING HIS INFO FROM USHIP. THAN SAYS NEVER GOT MY EMAIL. CHECK OUT MY FEEDBACK - I DO NOT DESERVE A CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. REFUSES TO PAY $75 CANCELLATION FEE. THIS GUY IS A REAL STROKER. STAY AWAY!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The location of the motorcycle I need shipped has changed and would affect btatera's schedule by more than 6 hours. Due to my need to have a shipper accept the shipment asap and btatera unsure of the additional charges until Sunday I have chosen to cancel with btatera and relist. I have no negative feelings towards this shipper the problem that has arisen is my fault entirely

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Response from btatera: seller misled buyer that boat and trailer were road worthy. When I arrived, the trailer was 2' shorter then the boat, the trailer had two flat tires, and no trailer lights. I hope I saved the buyer a ton of grief. Thanks Christine for the understanding!
