It was a lot of hassle before the vehicle got to me. The driver never checked that the vehicle was in running condition as marked in the listing. The driver called upon approaching my location and informed me that it is my responsibility to unload the car with a forklift!!! That was insane and caused me lots of unnecessary stress. The vehicle got to me in good condition though timing was off.

I am very sorry that you feel this way, our driver was informed that the car was running and when we got to the CoPart the car was NOT in running condition, so the CoPart loaded the car with a forklift. Upon delivery you had mentioned that the car needed a new battery, which the driver was unaware of at the time of pickup. I am glad that you received your car in good condition, thanks and have a great day.

De serviceprovider was er niet op de overeengekomen datum en tijdstip This guy made me believe he would pick up my car for the last two weeks. Cost me over $400 in storage fees. He made his driver call me and make false promises!Do not use this LIER!*BAD NEWS

My truck got delayed because of bad weather, to make it right for this customer i hauled his vehicle for free. I,m sorry but there's not much more I can do than that.

Bobby actually did me a couple of huge favors during delivery of my car. The car was delivered quick and w/o a scratch. I wish all service providers were as professional as Mr. Long. Thanks a lot!!!!

Bike was delivered damaged. Shipper badly scratched mirror housing, did not come on time as advised so I could not help him unload the bike. Although, Glenn was kind enough to lower the price $50 as reimbursement for the damages. Mixed feelings.

Thanks for the partial good feedback. These motorcycles with all the Plastic covering the handle bars need to have the plastic removed for better holding for the haul it was unfortunate that it came loose and rubbed the trailer wall.
