The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am absolutely furious at these people, and
also the trucking company they chose for us! DO NOT USE THEM!! They are
not easy to work with at all, very rude.. both of them! You can't ever
get through to them on the phone. They completely screwed us. They were
2.5 hours late and then said they'd be back the next day because we
weren't printing out the BOL fast enough, and then they just left! Never
came back! After being fully paid for. Absolutely appalled.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider never gave us a date or time that they were going to pick our shipment. We attempted many times to lock down an exact date and time and it never happened. We never received this shipment.So we are asking for our refund back credit to our bank account not the u-ship account. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Needed to ship this order last Friday. Sent all requested paperwork in early morning for later day pick up. Was expecting a truck to show on Friday. Monday morning still no BOL, but a request for pictures of load. Do not have camera in our warehouse, too many hoops to jump through to get load sent. Taking too long to get this schduled. Have another company picking order up this afternoon. It took 1 call and they showed up. Response from 1stClassShipping: The customer was emailed to very the weight and pallet count and never responded. We had his BOL all ready to go, and never heard back from him.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider too much delay Response from 1stClassShipping: The customer couldn't open forms on his computer, receive them through email, or receive them via fax. We were in constant communication and he was unwilling to cooperate.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Item was involved in an accident on the way to be dropped off at the terminal. It was damaged by the seller so i no longer need it shipped.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Cancel this move. It has been 23 days since booking and the item has not still not been moved. I have made several calls to the call center with no luck. I have not been able to speak with the actual shipper, only a go-between. I still do not know the name or number of the shipper. I have ran out of time on this, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Response from 1stClassShipping: We have been in communication with this customer throughout the whole process. Our freight carrier attempted pickup on 3 different occasions and each time were told there was no freight. Finally, on the 4th attempt someone at the pickup location actually knew about the item, but said it was not palletized like the listing indicated. This is unacceptable.
