The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services My auction clearly stated delivery by 5/18. Service provider bid and I booked the shipment based upon my own terms. Today the SP informs me he cannot meet the delivery date unless I pay him another $100. This is unacceptable! I have lost the day and most likely the delivery deadline will not be met by any provider.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When the driver arrived to pick up the compressor he said that the item would not be able to be loaded and unloaded without it tipping. It needed more added to the crate apparently so he did not take it. I made arrangements with the seller to pick it up myself and drove to Ohio on Sunday the 13th. I am no longer in need of delivery services.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time 1st Class Shipping's bid was accepted on 5/2/2012 now it is 5/14/2012and the goods are still on the shippers premises i cannot get anyone on the phone at 1st class shipping to discuss the matter with this was the first time i accepted this providers bid and it will certainly be the last as almost 2 wqeeks have went past, this is tottally unacceptable and if they really had any customer service someone would at least answer the phone,
i hope other people take heed to this and do not use there ne

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I cannot do the paperwork requested by the shipper as I am a driver and on the road. After speaking to the shipper, I got the impression my item will need to be shipped later than I need it delivered. I have no problem with the shipper, their feedback looks great, I just need to cancel this booking and get the item booked for a quicker delivery.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Today at 11Am 1st class shipping emails with news that their driver refused to pick up cargo claims driveway is not big enough for truck and conveniently offers to re-schedule with another driver for additional $200.00 fee . Since i was on a bind an needed to move cargo I agreed to pay additional fee but still 2nd truck never showed up . After 2nd failure I lost all confidence and have requested full refund from both UShip and 1st class Shipping.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped 1stClassShipping was great. They handled everything quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, when the carrier went to get the shipment it was no longer there as it had been mistakenly sold to another customer. I would use 1stClassShipping for future shipments.
