I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Cancel this move. It has been 23 days since booking and the item has not still not been moved. I have made several calls to the call center with no luck. I have not been able to speak with the actual shipper, only a go-between. I still do not know the name or number of the shipper. I have ran out of time on this, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Response from 1stClassShipping: We have been in communication with this customer throughout the whole process. Our freight carrier attempted pickup on 3 different occasions and each time were told there was no freight. Finally, on the 4th attempt someone at the pickup location actually knew about the item, but said it was not palletized like the listing indicated. This is unacceptable.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1st class shipping was unaware the carrier they provided does not deal with my shipper any longer. Nothing was done for a week until I requested info on the status of my shipment. The agreed upon bid had been charged to my credit card with out service by Global Logistics Services. Response from 1stClassShipping: Carrier chosen no longer does Govt. Liquidation pickups. We had another carrier lined up but customer did not wish to proceed.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider made several mistakes generate expenditures and a dispute with the seller,as sending a truck without liftgate and could not make the pickup, which was already being laid and paid!
Response from 1stClassShipping: Carrier missed pickup initially, but then the customer and his seller had payment problems. We decided to cancel.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipping company sent a driver to the pick up. The pallet would not fit correctly on the truck. Upon trying to turn the shipment the pallet was broken. The shipper than would not take the shipment. We replaced the pallet and requested an open trailer so we would not run into the same problem. They are not able to accommodate this. We paid them in full , as to our agreement. The shipment was ready. The driver and loader broke it trying to make it fit. This was not our fault. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After clearing stating on the quote form the need for a phone call at the receiving end for estimated delivery time, this provider bid the shipment and after agreeing to our needed terms, stated no calls whatsoever. This came after an afternoon of waiting for their truck to show that never came....with no phone call. If you need to know where your shipment is at and have any idea of when it will arrive, use another carrier. "We do not make phone calls". Response from 1stClassShipping: The customer did not want to provide a pickup window for the LTL carrier nor work with us on the pickup.
