This was my first time using this type of online service and Jason made it a good one. He did not have electricity because of Hurricane Ike yet he still stayed in touch with me and made the deal go smoothly. His driver was very prompt and willing to work with me on drop off time. I would recommend his services even if you have to pay more to get him. Quick service and great people! Thanks

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The driver could not schedule delivery in to his route. I beleive he tried to work this in to the schedule. However, we needed our products to complete a project for a client, we rented a truck and picked them up ourselves.
I would work with Jason in the future.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
There was an assumption on the part of the shipper that the scooter could be lifted onto the back of a pickup. When We talked about the schedule, it was made known that the scooter weighed over 400 pounds. The shipper and I could not figure out a way to load or unload the scooter. We agreed to cancel this agreement.
