The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I contacted the shipper. The trailer has no lights even though the customers knows this is a night shipment. It also needs a pinto hitch which is not the average style hitch and no chains. This was suppose to be a simple tow away. These are safety issues that I cannot drive it away with. Customer did state he would have lights. I am not sure what that meant,since the shipper knows nothing about the lights, but I am not getting very much communication on these issues. I believe for Safety reasons

Easy to work with and called everyone ahead of time to let them know I was coming and was able to pick up items earlier than expected. Would definitely use him again. Thank you for a positive experience.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I can no longer handle this shipment within a reasonable timeframe. My main truck is in the shop for longer than expected. My backup truck is just not heavy enough to handle a load this heavy without working trailer brakes. I am glad we were able to resolve this with relative ease for both of us. Matt is a great guy and I will be willing to ship for him in the future.
