Response from TruckItTrans: Another customer booking on uShip, then cancelling right after because they changed there mind about shipping. This hurts our profile, and customers get charged cancel fee's. CUSTOMERS, Please read terms on uShip and our profile since when cancelling, cancelling is done thru 2 parties! Thank you

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They couldn't find a carrier to complete this for the price they bid. We have been going back and forth on this since 4/24. Response from TruckItTrans: We placed a bid to meet customers budget, we could not move it in time. Sometimes the customers budget, just isnt enough.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The company that I bought the skid steer from on eBay broke it, had it repaired, and tried to bill me for the repairs. I have decided to not purchase the item and therefore no longer need it shipped. Response from TruckItTrans: Customer booked, we sent carrier, john deere broke, sent carrier again weeks later when fixed, broke again, customer cancelled. Life goes on!

Response from TruckItTrans: Nothing more to say, we bid to cheap for this run, our mistake, we let the customer know this. We dont give excuses like our trucks broke down, or behind schedule to make the broker look better, we just tell the truth, sometimes the truth hurts, but its the truth. We dont play bait and switch either, and we dont upsell, that has to be offered!! Thank you

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I desiagreee with broker. Their service and communication was obsolete. I contacted them on numerous occassions to realize 100% incompetence. The pick up time was between May 25-30, without one phone call from company stating this time was undoable. I contacted them numerous times before, during, and 2 weeks after pick-up. Until today while on orders, out of state they state they have to cancel. CALL ME to discuss my displeasurement with this piss poor company.

Dustin Response from TruckItTrans: Date Booked 3/17, 1st available date not until 4/20. We tried helping with no broker fee, no luck!!! The market shifted prices during that month, and we can not accommodate this price anymore. Per uShip policy, we cannot upsell customers to get the job done, even when working for free as a broker. We are sorry, logistics is like this sometimes and can come unexpected due to various reasons.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They stated pick up would be 1-9 days it's already 22 days and my car is still getting destroyed in the Florida sun, it is a restored 1994 Caddy DeVille with a new 1200.00 carriage top that will get ruined in the hot sun there. I will hire another shipper and use the UShip fee I paid with a new shipper!!!! Response from TruckItTrans: Snowbird season flooded the market in FL at the time this was booked driving up rates. We put in our broker fee and it still wasn't shipping because it just wasn't paying enough with the flooded market, which we explained to the customer that the only way now to ship a car out of florida during this time was to stick it out and wait till the season dies off or pay the new going rate for that shipping lane while us a broker works for free, Customer chose to cancel the order
