A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider was in the area but was unable to reach the pick up address during normal work hours and there is now uncertainty if he will be able to collect within the deadline. He has not been able to confirm at this time. I am choosing to cancel now when service has not commenced and I can then re-examine the situation. If the supplier can collect within the deadline he is welcome to quote again and is not excluded
