I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. When job was taken a month ago we tried and tried to contact customer No response to anything He resurfaced out of the blue a week or so ago saying he lived out of the country We have to have communication of whuch there wasnt any for a month This is not the fault of KC Movers

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I communicated previously and the service provider replied quickly and said again he would do Nothing has happened and this is now a very bad experience so I want to cancel and re-list so someone else will get it done hopefully
