Hi my name is Ralph Price, I currently reside in Prince George B.C. I have ten plus years experience moving anything from a box of books to a drilling rig. I currently move household items, boats (must have trailer) Motorcycles, collectables as well as various other items. I am equipped with a trailer so your stuff is protected against the elements. I pride myself on SAFE work procedures as well as respectful handling of your belongings.With saying that I wrap everything with moving blankets and secure items with proper equipment. I am new to USHIP, but dont let that discourage you. I am good at what I do and take pride in my work, so you get your items delivered with pride and care. I look foward to being your delivery guy. Ralph and his helper went above and beyond what was expected. They were very accomodating, responded quickly to questions and concerns, and lifted and carried all of our furniture for us. While their was a small delay, Ralph stayed in touch throughout the process and constantly reassured us that our items were in good hands. Ralph is a great guy and very trustworthy - you will not be disappointed. Will definately use Ralph for our next move and highly reccomend his services.

At first I admit I was a litte apprehensive about Ralph wanting some money up front but as I started dealing with him I was able to put all my trust in him. Ralph shipped a boat that was originally built by my grandfather and had significant sentimental value. Although there was some unforseen delays, Ralph picked it up, rewired my trailer and fixed a light on it before taking it across the country. boat was well tied down and taken care of. I woukd not hesitate using him again.

Shipment was expected to arrive on the 5th or 6th but instead arrived on the 15th. Delay was attributed to unforeseen complications on provider's end, and yet no discount to shipping price was offered. I regret paying up front as it reduced the incentive for the provider to meet the repeatedly pushed back ETAs that the provider forecasted.

Sorry I didn't give you a discount. I thought the price I gave you was definitely below market value. Like I said I didn't want any sympathy, but family does come first specially when its a house fire. My apologies but when bike was delivered there was no damage and you seemed to be happy. Guess I was wrong. My apologies Devin. This situation was unfortunate but at least you got you assets. I'm still replacing mine.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I put in a bid When I was in Ontario and informed customer that I would be goin threw his area he then accepted bid well after I had gone threw his area by 700 plus km. I then tried to contact him where he had sent me a email stating that he had forgot about booking me then decided last min was a good idea I tried to acoomidate the customer by contacting the person he had arrange to be at pick up location. Who was alrite with the time I was able to do shipment he then decided not to use my servi

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider 1. The service provider did not show at the pick up destination 2. Tried to contact via his cell several times kept getting the message from the cell phone service provider the number called was not in service 3. Tried via email to connect no response 4. Called PayPal put hold on the funds to protect myself 5. Received a rather rude email that he was at the Vancouver ferry had no money(broke I think was the term used)to go onto the ferry 6. Tried to lay the blame on me for putting a hold

There was problem with the other client/shipment, so he wasn't able to give me the orginial bid price on my shipment, and was no longer going to the island, therefore, not able to ship my shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Ralph kept putting off picking up the item, then found himself behind the 8-ball told me three days ago he was going to drive non-stop with his brother. I told him of the dangers of driving at night in Northern Ontario. He had an accident 2 days ago and I am just finding out now at 1620 hrs. I still need the bike shipped and I need my money back from him. This guy gave himself no wiggle room and then drove long distances across the country. I feel for the guy but I already paid him $565.00 pl

Yes there is dangers at driving at night but this wasn't my first time either. I am truly sorry this shipment wasn't able to work out. I am a honest man and have made arrangements with Paul to get him his full refund as well as a bit extra for his troubles. I was driving at night most people know moose are hard to see. I did see him and. Slowed down but he jumped out and I caught him in the rear. This kinda stuff happensto the best of us. Sorry for this unfortunate mishap.
