This term was from the transportation of equipment between Oil rigs and Oil processing plants down South. Now the term is common in the Trucking industry. We use One Tons mainly, and pull any kind of trailer. Black Diamond is the result of the sale of a larger Transport company that transported New High End power boats from Manufacturer to retailer all over the USA.
