I will make sure your items get to the drop off location safe and in a timely matter. when picking up a item i will send you pictures of the item and any damage that might be there. Someone will be with the item the whole time. i will communicate with you along the way to let you know where we are at and ETA. If transporting Pets I will updates every 45 - hour.
