We are a bespoke courier company and we collect and deliver ourselves - no third parties, networks or hubs involved. All items carried are blanket/bubble/shrtink wrapped as appropriate and we have specialist covers for chairs, armchairs, mattresses, etc. We carry Goods-in-Transit insurance to the value of £10,000. We collect and deliver in mainland UK with occasional trips to Europe and are based in Suffolk. We have a hi-roof extra LWB van that allows us to carry 1.5 tons and 4m in length. Any items over 50kg will require assistance to load and unload as will bulky items that require to be taken up or down stairs. We pride ourselves on excellent communication and will always call ahead of collection and delivery, having arranged a 2 hour timeslot with both parties beforehand.
