Retired U.S.C.G., and author of the book, "No Driver Damage - How to be a Professional RV Transporter, or at least Drive Like One". I have transported over 1000 boats/campers with my 1-ton Ford diesel pick-up truck with air-ride suspension. This I do legally, licensed and insured through my established company. I live on Md./Va. border and drive empty to Chicago area every week, which is when I can transport for you and is why I can offer my years of CDL-A experience, TWIC, Passport, D.O.T. certification, and company verification at such a low cost. I will license and insure your boat, camper, or trailer for the trip, and give you company documentation and contact information for you to reference. I can transport dogs inside my 4-door pick-up with me, rather than in a kennel. They prefer riding that way. If you have personal items that will fit in my truck, I'll care for them, too.
