I am 55 years old and currently laid off as an oil field control/safety systems technician. I was a jet engine mechanic in the U.S. Air Force. I have since worked with the U.S.D.O.D as a Fuel Systems Engineer and in the Oil Field as a Control Systems Technician (Intermittently). Needless to say, I have a lot of electrical and maintenance experience. I purchased my first boat when I was 13 and have lived around the water all my life. I now live on the coast in south Texas. My brother is an insurance attorney, And my son just retired from Coast Guard, so I have a little insight on what is legal and proper. I have an International Driver's Permit and have driven in 9 countries with a clean driving record. I have 100k (Verified upon request) cargo insurance because most insurance will cover the trailer that is attached to your vehicle but, will not cover what is on the trailer (Boat, etc.).Not only am a shipper of boats, I also own a boat and travel trailer.
