I'm not a professional shipper, I just have a cargo trailer that I move my stuff or friends stuff with. I use U-ship to try to find back-hauls to help with costs. I carry no special certificates or insurance. I'm a believer in the basic goodness of humanity and a firm handshake. My background: Retired U. S.Coast Guard Senior Chief Electronics Technician. Federal Security Clearance held from 1984 to present. As far a driving goes, I've put over 130000 miles on two different rigs in the last 6 years. No mishaps. While on active duty, I received an award for over 100000 accident free miles in heavy duty gov't vehicles.
