The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper either did not understand the item manifest as it was written or didn't carefully go over the dimensions and provided photo and was unable to pick up the items because of size issues. It was a waste of everyone's time but I do appreciate that he didn't try and force the furniture into his truck out of fear of damaging them.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Rescheduled with me 4 times and kept trying to request after hours and weekend pickups--my hours and availability were clearly stated in my listing. I'm just getting the run-around here and now my client is mad with me. If you can't handle pickups in NYC, you should stop accepting jobs there. We work with shippers every day--no one makes this many excuses. Really disappointed.
