I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My vehicle has broken down today 4/27/2017 and not sure when it will be done. Transmission went out! Can't move my vehicle and to be towed to a local transmission repair shop.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Next time your truck is too full because someone was way over estimate, it might be a really good idea to leave more of their crap behind to save room for the other shipments you've committed to--you have really screwed my customer up and because I can't meet their deadline, they will likely be asking me for a refund for their $5000 table base. It's pretty crappy to cancel on someone the day of a pickup. I also had to have someone available today for the pickup--that also cost me money.
