The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This service provider is unable to meet customer requirements for estimated collection time slots - I gave them several opportunities to demonstrate that they can provide a professional and competent service to no avail. I wonder how they schedule their pick ups without making allowances for the number of hours in a day. In the end I was left wondering whether they actually had a van picking up in Germany. Very unusual experience

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not collect the item as agreed and has not responded to numerous email messages and to a phone call requesting a call back. I am extremely disappointed with the service provider. I reported this to Uship but did not hear back. I do not wish to relist. I think the service provider can and should be more professional than this.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider is new to Uship and has no feedback what so ever. I cannot entrust a high value piece of property to a service provider with no feedback. I had originally sought to ask a question before accepting the quote but the process went from review quote to accepting it without my instigation.
