I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The transporter is not responding to messages. I have emailed him several times and called - he ignored and disconnected the calls. A total waste of time! Keith

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I gave the service provider 700 euros to pay for goods on my behalf, despite repeated requests the service provider has failed to refund the money. I have reported the matter to the police in Germany via this service: www.onlinewache.polizei.niedersachsen.de. Not only did the provider waste my time accepting a shipment for service they could not fulfil, they have the temerity to retain my money as well. I will persevere until the refund is made. Keith
