The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled I have been very clear this is a Yamaha viking 6 seater. I by ave communicated with the shipper and he never indicated his concern or requested information. His cancellation has created a damage to our husiness. I want full refund.

The listing made no mention of size. Only when the bid was accepted was there mention of the item being a 6-seater. The pick up dealer in Fayetteville, AR was not the selling dealer(they're in CO, we found that out from the AR dealer). It took 3 days to get someone in AR to call us back. Only then did we learn the unit was 13 1/2 feet long. My bid clearly stated that the item was to be carried in the bed of our pickup truck. 13 feet doesn't fit into 8 feet.
