The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item listed on uship had no dimensions. I ended up calling the dealership where the item is located. Finally I was provided with info on the item and learned that the item will not fit in the bed of my truck, which was the accepted means of transportation on uship. The dealership (which is the pickup point) told me it absolutely will not fit in the bed of my truck. Response from Kris H.: I respectfully disagree that it was misreprented. If there was any question as to dimensions or if shipper was unaware of what a Yamaha Viking VI was I would have been more then happy to explain and provide any information needed. At no time did he request or mention that he did not know what the Yamaha Viking VI was.
