Delivered on time in good shape. They did not, however, pay attention to an email I sent specifying certain information, even after I asked them to. They placed a motorcycle on top of the trailer even though they had been told not to put anything on it. Payment was to be made upon acceptance of shipment, yet there was pressure to pay before delivery and before our customer inspected the shipment.

Dan provided excellent service, precisely on time, and during a difficult situation for me businesswise, and for him personally. I highly recommend his service to anyone and will definitely use him again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This person is totally unreliable and I made a terrible mistake going with him. We have made more than a dozen attempts to contact him, most of which were ignored. He is quick to take money but is now a week late and has still not showed up to pick up the shipment. He claims to have been 35 miles away for the last 30 hours, but seemingly cannot navigate I-75. He is a complete jerk.

Things got off to a slow start, but not due to their fault. The delivery was in great shape and my customer very understanding and satisfied.
