Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Weather has been a major problem for me, I've had to deal with major snow storms from VA. to ME., 4 to date in the last 14 days, once a day is lost it can't be made up, all you can do is try your best to keep things going forward. I guess some customers just don't understand, or should I simply say, all thier care is upon thier own shipment and none for any others, should we expect any less ?

Customer provided wrong dimensions and weight on the trailer, was rude since the beggining, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to please.
What he needs is a baby sitter, not a shipping company. We picked up his trailer on friday afternoon, delivered sunday morning, called before pick up, before delivery, but that wasn't enough...
IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE
But other than that... customer paid on time.
It's just hard to do business with some people...

Warning: If you deal with this guy, he is extremely unrealistic person to deal with, he calls every 5 minutes and you can never please him. If you want further details contact me. Response from Richard H.: Not true-I specified in the listing when a status call was expected NO calls were ever initiated by TheTransporters. OUR customer was called by the driver who said that he had run out of gas several times and had to get moneygrams from his family, not the company. Somehow, this concerned our customer, who called me. Wonder why? As I stated in our comments, the driver did, at his own expense, replace a damaged electrical cable. The delivery was at 10:30 pm in a gated community. 'Nuf said.

This shipment was handled professionally from start to finish without any damage. Didn't appreciate the customers feedback comments as only 1 comments was accurate. We did have a motorcyle on his car hauler trailer inside our air ride, padded van. His trailer was nicely padded to prevent any transit damage. If he wanted to pay exclusive use for a 53' trailer he should have indicated that in his listing and we would have gladly given him a bid accordingly. Response from Richard H.: Hey, I didn't appreciate my emailed instructions being totally ignored! MY customer asked that nothing be transported on the trailer and I expected that to be honored. If you did not want to do that, then it was up to YOU to not take the bid. Three times I mentioned the email to the driver, and three times he said his dad handled all that. So what? They were still instructions from your customer, me.
Other than this, the service was superb, as noted.
