Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Weather has been a major problem for me, I've had to deal with major snow storms from VA. to ME., 4 to date in the last 14 days, once a day is lost it can't be made up, all you can do is try your best to keep things going forward. I guess some customers just don't understand, or should I simply say, all thier care is upon thier own shipment and none for any others, should we expect any less ?

Customer provided wrong dimensions and weight on the trailer, was rude since the beggining, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to please. What he needs is a baby sitter, not a shipping company. We picked up his trailer on friday afternoon, delivered sunday morning, called before pick up, before delivery, but that wasn't enough... IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE But other than that... customer paid on time. It's just hard to do business with some people... Good Luck to you!

Not true-I specified in the listing when a status call was expected NO calls were ever initiated by TheTransporters. OUR customer was called by the driver who said that he had run out of gas several times and had to get moneygrams from his family, not the company. Somehow, this concerned our customer, who called me. Wonder why? As I stated in our comments, the driver did, at his own expense, replace a damaged electrical cable. The delivery was at 10:30 pm in a gated community. 'Nuf said.

This shipment was handled professionally from start to finish without any damage. Didn't appreciate the customers feedback comments as only 1 comments was accurate. We did have a motorcyle on his car hauler trailer inside our air ride, padded van. His trailer was nicely padded to prevent any transit damage. If he wanted to pay exclusive use for a 53' trailer he should have indicated that in his listing and we would have gladly given him a bid accordingly.

Hey, I didn't appreciate my emailed instructions being totally ignored! MY customer asked that nothing be transported on the trailer and I expected that to be honored. If you did not want to do that, then it was up to YOU to not take the bid. Three times I mentioned the email to the driver, and three times he said his dad handled all that. So what? They were still instructions from your customer, me. Other than this, the service was superb, as noted.

Weather has been a major problem, I have found myself in 4 major snow storms from VA. to ME. in the last 14 days, it has put me way behind in my deliverys, once days are lost they can't be made up, all you can do is try your best to continue forward. But ofcourse some customers are not going to understand this are should I state they just care about thier own and no one else. And then should we expect anything less. Good luck to this guy in the future

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have called the provider 7 times and never received a callback. Multiple emails generated ony one response that attempted to blame the driver. The provider agreed to pickup within 7 days and deliver within 7 more days. The shipment still has not been picked up and we have heard nothing about when it might be picked up. Please cancel this shipment immediately as I must relist it. The shipment was delivered in good time and in good shape, but it was difficult to contact the company at times, making coordination with our customer a problem.

We picked up the trailer on friday afternoon and delivered sunday morning.Shipper provided wrong dimensions and weight.We contacted both ends before pick up AND before delivery,giving 6, 2 and 1 hour notice BEFORE showing up.But some customers are just impossible to please,this one in particular needed a baby sitter not a shipping company.Receiver was really happy with our service,tipped the driver really good and called me to thank for the fast service.But yes, I didn't answer the call at 11PM!

The level of communication from the shipper was poor. All status calls were initiated by me. The shipment arrived late at night and sustained damage, although the driver did come back the next day to fix a crushed cable connection at no cost to my customer. Everything else was fine.

We stayed in constant contact with the shipper and the customer. Our driver called the customer over an hour away from its destination and they said to please bring it tonight (7:30pm). We laid over an extra day to replace the wires that got kinked under the jack stand.
