After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The adjuster is a con artist she had me doing her dirty work with customer. My they couldn't fix the customer lawnmower and customer told us she didn't want it and had no use since it was broke. Advised adjuster and she kept having me call the customer back and forth giving messages and that's her job. She told me and I have text even if the customer don't want it for me and husband to just drop it in the yard and take pictures so she can get paid and we can . I told her I don't do fraud busines

Calling someone a con artist is quite defamatory. That is 100% a false statement. The extended warranty company denied the repair of this mower because it was misused. The mower was to be returned to the end user as is. April was combative with the end user and they ended up saying they did not want the mower back. Driver is unprofessional would not recommend or use again.
