absolutely PERFECT. carrier picked up my Great Dane from PA and brought all the way to Florida. Very pleasant to talk with, could get in touch with her every step of the way. Stephanie gave me updates throughout the entire trip. It could not have possibly gone any better. I would absolutely use her services again over anyone else. I didn't worry about a thing while she had our family pet in her possession. HIGHLY recommend if you need to ship your pet on the east coast!
