A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mis & lack of communication by customer, she refused to communicate verbally which caused miscommunication, was trying to arrange pickup/delivery time but more so my concern was the time of delivery confirmation so I could notify other customers their ETA's & no cooperation from customer. So customer cancelled her Shipment after asking her to answer so we could resolve this to no avail!

you were supposed to pick up Friday evening / Saturday morning, then you said it's going to be Saturday around 11:30PM and you wanted to deliver the next morning around 6:30AM then, when I said I wanted to cancel (12:45PM) you replied "I can come now"... this is NOT serious!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Seller of the vehicle would not release the vehicle until the buyer's check cleared. Driver couldn't wait any longer as we had already waited 1 day on the check to clear.
