A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mis & lack of communication by customer, she refused to communicate verbally which caused miscommunication, was trying to arrange pickup/delivery time but more so my concern was the time of delivery confirmation so I could notify other customers their ETA's & no cooperation from customer. So customer cancelled her Shipment after asking her to answer so we could resolve this to no avail!

you were supposed to pick up Friday evening / Saturday morning, then you said it's going to be Saturday around 11:30PM and you wanted to deliver the next morning around 6:30AM then, when I said I wanted to cancel (12:45PM) you replied "I can come now"... this is NOT serious!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Seller of the vehicle would not release the vehicle until the buyer's check cleared. Driver couldn't wait any longer as we had already waited 1 day on the check to clear.

Daniel is a gem! Right on time at pick up, he had the armoire loaded and secured in just a few minutes. Excellent communication, outstanding service. Customer didn't make things easy and Daniel had to reschedule delivery numerous times (picked up in December, delivered in March). We spoke over the phone on several occasions and he stayed very courteous and nice despite the situation. I will with no hesitation do business with Daniel again, it's been a real pleasure, so far my best experience!

Absolutely satisfied with Marvel Auto Transport. Excellent customer service, everything went smoothly and I felt my Ford 34 was in very good hands. I had to reschedule pick up & delivery due to paperwork issues, they put the shipment on hold till I was ready. No stress, no hassle, and when I called to say the car was ready, they picked it up the next day & delivered day+1. I will with no hesitation deal with Marvel Auto Transport for future shipments.
