These guys were pretty easy to get along with would definitely work with them again overall great shippers.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer When I took this load I had no idea this was a repo vehicle. I drive all the way from Houston to Kansas to pick the Jeep up, the repo company stated the only time to pick the Jeep up was from 9-12. I told them I’m from out of town and no one told me I had only a three hour window, the guy told me he wasn’t coming back up there and hung up on me… I was trying to help this lady out with these rude repo people and she flips out on me …. Good luck with your vehicle ma’am.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

we gave you guy over 2 weeks to pick up our car. you guys would not call us back very poor communication. point is you could not find anyone to pick up our car so we had to cancel so we could get someone else.. THIS IS YOUR FAULT..WE GAVE YoU OVER 2 weeks to just get the job started, WITH NO RESULTS.
