A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am no longer able to complete the service I have already communicated with the company and we have agreed to the cancellation for them to repost shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Derrick from TNT Transport stated he would pick the vehicle up several days ago...he did not, he called me this morning saying that the recovery place would not let him in last night, "NOT TRUE". He said He was going to get it this morning and that Legacy recovery would not let him get it and told him he would have to pick it up on Monday. We call legacy recovery and speak with Sean the owner. Sean stated that he did not say that and that Derrick called and asked if he could wait until Monday

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider We have been getting told every day for over a week they will get this scheduled and they will call back and they never do, we have had to call them every day. Please cancel the order and we will get someone else to get it picked up
