The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time HORRIBLE!!!! And cost me a lot of extra MONEY!!!! For 2 days they have been saying they will pick up my package and then they said they couldn't pick it up. I was texting them for 2 days asking what day and time they will pick it up and they kept saying 'don't worry we will be there". Then 5pm the day they said they would pick it up they were a NO SHOW. David Anderson called me to say "Sorry but I just work in the office and help out the drivers and I can't do anything'. I'm very upset that
