Shipper gave incorrect about who/where delivery was going then refused to answer phone when i called to verify

The driver from Shore Delivery CT called our office several times in a row over the weekend when we were closed and then proceeded without authorization to deliver to the wrong customer. Whereas the customer address that was correctly printed on the official Uship Bill Of Lading did not receive the correct shipment! Nice driver whom I helped load, but a huge delivery error that I am now working on to correct if possible. Also refused my phone calls for help when I got back to the office Monday
