A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Freezer cannot be secured to a pallet. Carrier we use will not haul loose freight. Customer will re-list for open bidding.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Terminal Pick up to far from destination.
Response from 1stClassShipping:
The customer provided an invalid credit card and then tried to have his item shipped. This is considered fraudulent. If the terminal was too far for the customer we could have easily provided a new carrier with a different terminal location. Thank you.
