Driver kept to schedule on pickup and delivery. Best driver/shipper I've used yet. No issues and everything went smoothly. Will use again in the future

Would use again and kept to schedule. Item arrived in good condition, no damage noted.

Missed first pickup date due to maintenance issues. Missed the second pickup date then took longer than expected to have trailer delivered. Once trailer arrived, there was damage to the battery cable that plugs into the towing vehicle and bathroom light was on, which was draining the battery. Repair cost me an extra $300 on top of delivery fee. Wasn't pleased with service. Response from MorningWoodLlc: The damage done was before we left the dealership. When we spoke to the shop at the dealership they just jumped the battery and raised the landing gear and said to tell them on delivery. I told them when I delivered and told the dealership. I’m not sure what else could have been done. I also would have paid for the repairs but he never asked me

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Transport company said they had vehicle problems a few days before trailer was to be picked up. Puts me in a bad position with finding someone quick enough to take the transport.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I asked the driver for a copy of his drivers license as well as proof of insurance. They declined to provide this information.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had to cancel this shipment as dates did not line up with the transporter. No fault of theirs and would use them again if the need arises.

Pick up went smoothly, delivery went smoothly, all in all, excellent transporter. A+ and would use again everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
