The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped After going to pick up the shipment, I noticed that the items were in poor condition. I sent a picture to Steve to show my concern about the condition of the shipment and he decided not to move forward with the shipping process.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Shipment started out from st George Utah and now in Ogden Utah 383 miles away from the original location which is 8hrs away from me now

Not sure where St. George came from but original post said Ogden to Edwards AFB. Review locations before accepting jobs

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Our transport vehicle is at the dealship for major maintenance. Maintenance will not be completed in timeframe to complete this shipment. I understand your frustrations, I hope another transporter can accommodate you with this load in the next coming days. Please understand while we always do our preventative maintenance on our vehicles, as well as keep new tires on our equipment, sometimes expected breakdowns happen while we are on the road, often putting us in stressful situations

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My primary vehicle that I use for my u-ship is currently in the shop it will take about 3 and 1/2 to 4 weeks to get it back so I am unable to accommodate this shipment or any others for about a month or until my truck is out of the shop. Very sorry for any inconveniences this cancellation may cause, as it is unforeseen and uncontrollable mechanical breakdown. Thanks

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver was supposed to pick up the trailer on a few different dates. Said he had family emergency, which I completely understand but my shipments have a deadline dates as this is govt work. I can't afford delays in my shipments.
