Everything went smoothly. Thank you for the opportunity. Although, I didn't think it was right that I bid on 30 boxes, and ended up with 47 boxes. I also downsized the 2 wardrobe boxes into 2 Large boxes so Victoria could have all her belongings including her clothes.

Michael misrepresented the shipment by several pieces of heavy furniture and failed to mentions the steps. There was no way i could accommodate, or be willing to, for that price. Shippers need more protection against people like this as we fear a bad review and he tried to exploit that. I was willing help, all i asked was for the additional expenses covered, nothing for profit. We could have canceled & rebid the job to cover & he didn't want to. He demanded i do it for the price & i refused.
