Great service provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I received a phone call from MAC Transit not long ago and they informed me that the pickup address doesn't exist. Mac Transit did speak to our client when they rescheduled a pickup date. Our client is not in the country anymore so her phone # is not working overseas. The client did reach out to me 10 minutes after I spoke to MAC and provided me with another phone # to call. I emailed MAC Transit with the new contact name and phone #. They are now not answering their phone.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period yesterday we called the service provider and confirmed that his arrival will be at 10 am today.
At 11 am, the service provider never showed up and never answered his phone.
We have called every half to a full hour since 11 am and received no response.
We have also texted the service provider with the same outcome.
