Rocky is without a doubt the best shipper I've worked with, and I've used several! He is a great communicator, which is very important to both me and my customers. He took great care in wrapping and protecting the items that he delivered for me. And most importantly, when I called my customer right after delivery, they had a lot of good things to say. Rocky even carried two metal desks and three metal bookcases up three flights of stairs for my customer! I'll use RPM Unlimited every time!

They got the desk to my customer in good shape. Communication could be improved, though I heard they had dealt with a difficult situation earlier in the day. Picked up my item very late in the evening, but gave me the choice of waiting till morning.
Communication could have been better with my customer too.

These guys did a great job!! Very good communication. Kept me informed, easy to get along with, and most importantly, my customer was so impressed that he asked for their info in case he needs a shipper in the future. Nice guys.

TNFarms did a great job for me! There were 18 items to load and 11 of those were some extremely heavy metal desks. Liz got everything secured in her trailer, which is one of the best on the road by the way, and delivered everything in great shape. And she helped my wife and I unload it all.
She kept in contact with me throughout the job, and was always quick with answers to any questions I had. Top rated in my book.
I will definitely work with her again!

Derek did a good job for me. Actually went to Northern Michigan University to pick up a desk that I bought through an auction, while I was home in Florida. He made the pick up and delivery to Central Florida right on time, and for a very reasonable price. Only one thing I can suggest is to wrap items like this during transport and give them a bit of protection.

Jay and Paige did a great job for me!! Paige stayed in touch during planning and throughout the trip, keeping me updated. Jay did a good job during pickup and my customer was very happy with delivery. I will use this great shipper again, for sure! Thanks to you both!
