After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We were constantly badgered by this customer even after responding 100% perfect all the time and he didnt seem to understand how shipping works. The trip was canceled and he was notified immediately. He might try next time to learn how the shipping process works with his future carrier

I'm well aware of how shipping works, have done a lot of it and luckily never ran into K&C before. I was told on 1/22 that they would provide exact pickup/delivery dates on the weekend of 2/6. I waited until 2/6 to ask for dates and was told they hadn't scheduled yet. Yes, I started asking questions then. And was told today, 2/8 that they will not be coming to FL after all. Seemed to have little concern for my, or my customer's needs. Steer clear!

I picked up this heavy metal desk from Greg in Florida , I delivered it to NJ a few days later, these guys I were dealing with were great. Responsive and ready to go. Greg understood that we were traveling fast and was ready at a moments notice to let us get loaded. All shippers should be this good. Thank you Grego can't wait to come deliver more stuff for you.

Good service, but needs better communication on pickup and delivery scheduling. Also, made a 3:00 am delivery to my customer, a bit inconvenient.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider continually delayed scheduling a pickup and delivery time, then said that they were not going to make a trip to Florida after all. This after about three weeks of waiting. Seemed to have no concern for my, or my customer's needs.

Great service, great guys to work with! My customer sent me a note after the delivery to say that "the guys that delivered her desk were extremely nice!" That's what I'm looking for in delivery service, that and being on time. Thanks!
