The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Curio cabinet was damaged in transit and returned. I had to have another delivery man pick up the damaged curio because Howard's truck broke down and return it. I also have to pay another delivery man to deliver the replacement. Response from howardtm: All parties agreed that this item was damaged PRIOR to being loaded on my truck. Customer refused and I ended up taking it all the way back to NC for nothing. Truck blew an injector 30 miles from the return warehouse(High point, NC) Yes, she had to have someone pick up the busted one, return it to the warehouse and exchange it, then re-deliver back to Florida(which she agreed to pay me another 200 for). So it isn't quite as her description would lead you to think.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Michael Holland promised delivery 3 times, but never delivered. I had to get a 3rd party to retrieve the bar from Michael because Michael lied again and again, would not return phone calls or emails, and finally disappeared. I believe he would have taken the bar had I not been able to get someone to get it from him. UNSCRUPULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAR. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This carrier promised pick up and delivery twice, but failed to meet his obligations - no phone call, no email, no communication until I decided to cancel. He was supposed to deliver on a certain date, and my customer was expecting him, and he would not returns calls or emails until I repeatedly contacted him for a reply. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. Two weeks later I had to relist this item for shipping. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!
