The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have been in contact with Devon & Sarah for months, both have promised to pick up the vehicle for over 2, T W O months and have not been honest. They have not picked the vehicle up and wil NOT communicate as professionals. They have not even scheduled to pick the vehicle up nor have they admitted they can not follow though with what they are contractually obligated to do.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider did not contact us. He contacted the pick up point, agreed to pick up at a certain day / time. When he didn't pick up I called the provider only to be misled. He claims to be suffering from natural issues (Broken transport truck). Claims Amazon still hasn't delivered his parts after 6 days. Claims to have found another carrier for us but its more expensive. This has been a nightmare of bait and switch. "Leroy" talks over you and is very unprofessional.

Jason was very professional. He picked up a newly purchased Ford Bronco on time and delivered earlier than expected. From accepting the job to delivery we had communication all the way. Everything delivered as promised. We will 100% use his services again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We spoke with TRI C Expedited Freight on 12/13, Claudell advised he could not pick up until 12/15/22. (Our listing asked that the vehicle be picked up on 12/14, Tri C still bid on the shipment knowing they couldn't pick up when we asked) After telling us that the pick up would occur on 12/15, we were already committed as we booked with him. I asked that he contact the car owner and set an appointment to get the keys and an appointment to pick up. Claudell stated he would. Claudell never contact

Antwon kept us in contact throughout the entire process. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and exercised extreme care with our shipment. He arrived with the proper equipment to transport the one of a kind shipment we did.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time As of 4/12/2022, RL Carriers have not picked up the item that was scheduled for pick up on 3/25/2022. Contacted RL Carrier and the customer representative said that there is no pick up request that matches our order. He recommended to cancel and reschedule.

Nolan went above and beyond. Very professional, stayed in contact throughout the shipment. On pickup we had a delay and Nolan was courteous enough to adjust schedules to make sure he could accommodate our pickup. He arrived when promised and delivered on time even after the hectic pickup through no fault of his. Will use NAK Transport for LTL again anytime!

Perry was very responsive and in communication throughout the delivery. Very professional, exercised great care with the Smart car. If we find ourselves in need of an open transport in the future, we will defiantly call Perry.
