About Me

My wife and I run a small business, Nerdstalgia, offering custom built display and storage units for comic books and collectibles, custom furniture, and specialty items. Often we ship orders to our customers; however many times, when orders are extra large, we safely pack a utility van and personally deliver them. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very upset about this cancellation. Last we heard from the shipper he was on his way and would provide an ETA. We then contacted our customer to let them know pick up was arranged. After not showing up and no follow up communication to explain we reached out to him but never received a response. I understand things happen, however we were already communicating via text and some sort of response would have been appreciated as we now have to explain this to our customer.
