About Me

My wife and I run a small business, Nerdstalgia, offering custom built display and storage units for comic books and collectibles, custom furniture, and specialty items. Often we ship orders to our customers; however many times, when orders are extra large, we safely pack a utility van and personally deliver them. We know how important it is, to us and the recipient, that every item arrive quickly & safely and want to offer the same care for delivery to others!

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We tried contacting the customer multiple times today and have had no responses. We have already passed through pick up location. Still no response.

We had a terrific experience with Tim & Jessica. They were responsive and thorough in communications. The cabinet was ready and as expected when we picked up. Their customer was pleasant and flexible with delivery timing. They are super nice people and left feedback and released payment promptly. Really liked the guys that picked up, however we had a few issues, such as they subcontracted the delivery once it reached our customer and the new shipper (we had never spoken to) dropped it off, without notice, with a small damage and the new shipper wasn’t prepared to help our customer move the cabinet inside.
