After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We had discussed this shipment the night of 6/19. We did not receive booking confirmation until the following day. We were in Indianapolis when we received the booking confirmation at 430pm the next day. We called the customer twice immediately and sent an email asking if it was ready and then hit the road. The customer responded after we left the area and is so angry he wishes not to work with us and the feeling is mutual. We were willing and able to still pickup within the shipments timeframe

Willie is a fantastic transporter. Professional, expedient, careful, resourceful and flexible. Estimated 5 days to deliver and got it there in 3. You will know you picked the right person when you meet Willie and see his rig--a great guy with great equipment. My customer (recipient) remarked: "All packages and press appear to be in perfect condition. Willie is a superb contact and delivery service. He is very entrepreneurial, hardworking and service oriented."

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This cancellation is being requested by shippers because of "misrepresentation" in the listing. Nothing was misrepresented. I simply asked the movers if they would be able to help moving the shipment from the basement to the truck. They asked for an additional $50 and I declined and plan to move the items upstairs myself. I had to reach out to shippers this evening to schedule and we agreed on a noon pickup. Now out of nowhere they want to cancel. What is going on???
